Editors Choice

QB Cale Marley 5-9, 165, Jr. Rejoice Christian Eagles

A true utility knife type player, Marley took over the QB position after an injury sidelined the starter. Marley had a 75 percent completion percentage and accounted for 1,913 yards with 27 touchdowns. Marley has offers from Army and Tulsa.

RB Jayden Hall 5-11, 185, So. Owasso Rams

Only a sophomore, Hall has worked hard this offseason to be the man at Owasso. With a big offensive line up front and the skill set Hall brings to the running back position, adds up to a big year for the tailback.

WR Hudson Henslick 5-9, 160, Sr. Collinsville Cardinals

Hudson Henslick is a two-way starter for Collinsville and a player many opponents must key when he’s on offense. Henslick accounted for 1,233 yards receiving with 11 TDs last year. Called the heart and soul of the team.

OL Ryker Haff 6-6, 305, Jr. Owasso Rams

The Rams feature several top offensive linemen in Class 6A including Editor’s Choice Ryker Haff. Haff has the size and technique to play at the next level and is one of the top offensive linemen in the state.

DE Jack Keith 6-2, 235, Sr. Collinsville Cardinals

Also a running back on offense, Keith has the speed that makes life dangerous for opposing quarterbacks. Keith’s ability to come off the edge and pressure the backfield is why he makes the list. Finished last season with 45 tackles and six sacks.

LB Lyric Wheeler 5-10, 185, Sr. Owasso Rams

Wheeler is a sideline-to-sideline linebacker for the Rams. As a junior Wheeler tallied 46 tackles, three sacks, and seven tackles for loss. Expect to hear Wheeler’s name called many times this season as the Rams defensive unit work to live up to expectations.

Lyric Wheeler – Owasso

DB Josh Hendricks 6-1, 180, Sr. Rejoice Christian Eagles

Hendricks will start at safety for the Eagles where he made 88 tackles and four interceptions last season. Hendricks added six tackles for loss to his stat line and is expected to have better numbers as a senior. Also, a member of the 4×200 track team that broke the Class 2A state record.

ATH Tyler Willis 5-9, 180, Sr. Verdigris Cardinals

A two-way starter for the Cardinals, Willis has the speed to burn you at wide receiver and the ball skills to read the opposing QB and make a play on the ball. Last season Willis had nearly 400 yards of offense with three TDs.
