Hadley Wood, Kiefer Fr. -- VYPE+ remembers freshman standout catcher Hadley Wood, her talent, her passion for the game and her sportsmanship. The freshman made a pinch hit appearance to help lift her team to the state tournament last week. Wood is the lone recipient of this week's Player of the Week Award. Both the Kiefer and Oklahoma softball communities are in our thoughts.

Keelie Treat, Stuart Jr. -- Struck out all nine batters she faced against Oilton in the first round of regionals. Struck out 19 against No. 11 Whitesboro. Struck out nine of 12. . . . .

Saige Day, Inola Sr. -- Led the Longhorns to a 7-0 record and championship win in the Jiffy Trip Red Carpet Rendezvous Tournament in Enid last weekend. Had 58 kills, 20 aces and 57 digs on the weekend and was named all-tournament, her fourth time receiving that honor this year.
Players of the Week
Alex Gonzalez, Ringwood — Returned two punts for 158 yards and two touchdowns. Took four carries for two touchdowns. Caught three passes for 58 yards and a touchdown. Made four tackles and a sack.
Colten Cole, Sulphur So. — Passed a perfect 10-10 for 306 yards and a school-record six touchdowns. Hit 6-6 PATs and kicked a 27-yard field goal.
Whelan Carson, Perry Jr. — Caught five balls for 154 yards and three touchdowns. Made 11 tackles, including 2.5 for loss, and caught an interception.
Isaac Drake, Weleetka Jr. — Had eight catches for 277 yards and five touchdowns and threw a 31-yard touchdown. Accounted for a total of 343 offensive yards and six touchdowns in only one half.
Jax Bernard, Fairview — Defending state champion passed 24-32 for six touchdowns. Rushed eight times for 70 yards and a touchdown in Fairview's win over Hooker.
Demarius Robinson, Edmond Santa Fe Jr. — Thrashed rival Memorial's defense for 349 yards and six touchdowns on only 20 carries.
