Thackerville vs Temple

Temple is back this year after taking a year off and from the film that I watched on them from this weeks game they like to spread the ball out and they have two or three pretty fast kids that we are really going to have to contain. We are going to have to play assignment football in order to stop them on their jet sweeps and quarterback keepers. I really feel like if we play assignment football and stay disciplined we will be OK said Coach Mark Barrett.

Pauls Valley vs Purcell

It’s a big rival game. They have a new coaching staff that has put in the flexbone offense. They have only played 1 game and were off last week. They are playing hard and are a good, well coached football team. We will have to play well to win said Coach Dusty Raper.

Pauls Valley is a good team. Physical up front on both sides of the ball. They are 2-0 and playing well. The goal for us Will be to win the turnover battle and control the football and clock on O said Coach Aaron Dillard.

Wilson vs Ryan

They are a very good team on film. They are well coached. Defensively they fly to the football and tackle very well. They are big upfront, and they have some very athletic kids at the skill positions. We are going to have to play well this week to win. We can’t have the mistakes we had in our first two weeks. I think our defense will keep us in the game and hopefully this is the week we find our identity on the offensive side of the ball said Coach John Williamson.

Washington vs Jones

Going to be a matchup of two top five teams. Both teams have played a good non-District schedule. This will be the 5th meeting in the last four years. Jones has an explosive offense and a fast and physical defense said Coach Brad Beller.

Plainview vs Newcastle

They are a big good looking football team the QB is a great dual threat guys. They have a couple good RBs. One big guys one fast guy that they rotate. The defense is extremely sound in scheme and run well to the ball. Really good football team. Played really well in their first game. Should be a huge test to see where we are at as a team said Coach Joe Price.

Dickson vs Madill

Madill is a well coached team. You know they will be ready and play hard. They are a physical team that gets after it for four quarters. We will have to execute and take care of the ball to have a chance to win said Coach Matt Suffal.

Marietta vs Ringling

They are tough and physical. This game is going to be short, and the focus is ball control said Coach Alex Doby.

Lone Grove vs Valliant

Valliant is a good team and they play a very disciplined style of offense that makes us have to have all 11 players doing their job at all time. Offensively we have to take care of the ball and play our game said Coach Curtis Cole.

Paoli vs Bray-Doyle

From what I’ve seen from last week, they are a young well coached team. They throw and catch really well. Fly around on defense and play technique said Coach Vince Fulks

Stratford vs Allen

Allen has a lot of team speed & it looks like they may their fastest player back this week. We are struggling with some early season injuries & need to get healthy. It will take a great effort out of us this week said Coach Michael Blackburn.

Wayne vs Lexington

We have been working on correcting our mistakes from week 0. Wayne has very good QB and a good receiver and their defensive line really does a good job of causing havoc in the backfield. Our kids are looking forward to Friday game said Coach Keith Bolles.
