Washington vs Purcell

Huge game. We are both undefeated in District play, it’s for the District championship essentially. They are obviously a great team, and having another tremendous year. We are looking forward to the challenge said Coach Aaron Dillard.

The Purcell game will be for the District 2A-3 title. Purcell comes in with a very stingy and physical defense and a great rushing attack on offense. The team that controls the line and is the most disciplined will have a huge advantage in this rivalry game said Coach Brad Beller.

Paoli vs Fox

Fox has some young athletic fast kids. Kind of a match up issue for us since we’re slow slow slow. They are going to run multiple formations and work to get some match up issues. We’re just going to try to do what we do and be physical said Coach Vince Fulks.

Plainview vs Heritage Hall

They are who we all think they are. It’s going to be a tuff task. We just need to got play well and try to get our players the ball in space. Tackle their QB with all 11 guys and maybe I’ll jump in I’m he gets close to our sideline . We’ve got a few injuries and had another 2 last night. We are young and still making young team errors. We have to get those fixed said Coach Joe Price.

Healdton vs Wayne

We have a good opportunity in front us. Both teams will be hungry to get a win. We are trying to focus on the little things to get our program where it needs to be. We want to put together a good week of preparation to give us the best chance of success come Friday. As far as Wayne goes they have some tradition and are a well coached team. No doubt we have to play well said Coach Dylan Terry.

Pauls Valley vs Dickson

It’s a big game. They are big and physical and we will have to play well said Coach Dusty Raper.

Stratford vs Dibble

We play Dibble next week. They have been dominating our district & playing really well. It will be a great challenge & we are excited about the opportunity said Coach Michael Blackburn.

Thackerville vs Bowlegs

They like to spread it out and try to run the jet sweep and get a couple of fast kids out on the edge… that is good for us because my Defense does a really good job of stopping that. They don’t throw the ball real well but just good enough to hit a couple of long passes if our DBs fall asleep. I think with what we do offensively we can do whatever we need to to score. After thumping a pretty good Maud team we have a lot more confidence that we can play with anyone said Coach Mark Barrett.

Lexington vs Marietta

Lexington has played really well and won the games needed to make the playoffs. Coach Bolles and his staff have done a great job with the team said Coach Alex Doby.

Wilson vs Velma-Alma

This will be our toughest test of the year. They are a highly ranked team and they have a ton of athleticism. We are not going to change who we are we are going to try to be physical and play good defense. As long as we limit our mistakes we feel like we can go compete. The winner of this game will have the inside track to winning the district said Coach John Williamson.

Maysville vs Maud

Two teams fighting for their playoff lives. Maud is very athletic at their skill positions. They’ve played well in games that matter for playoff points. They run a bunch of sets so we’ll have to make sure our alignment is correct every snap on defense. Offensively we have to be able to run the ball vs their front five said Coach Dace Lemieux.

Ada vs Ft. Gibson

Fort Gibson is well coached and very good up front on the defensive line. They also have several skill players that are very talented.
