The Class 4A Kingfisher softball team continues to work hard under head coach Morgan Dutton. With seven games remaining in the regular season, the Lady Yellowjackets are still in the hunt for a winning season. 

One player with a bright future for Kingfisher is freshman Kinley Taylor. The infielder has a .417 batting average and coach Dutton said Taylor is becoming one of the leaders on this young team. 

“Kinley leads the team in batting average as a freshman and is a solid defender no matter where we put her. With a young team, Kinley is stepping up and becoming a leader for us.” –  Coach Morgan Dutton
