Grand Lake Area Softball Players to Watch
Grand Lake Area has some of the most talented, and hardest working softball players in Oklahoma. Here is a closer look at some players that will make some noise next season.
JAY
Anna Eberle- SR.
Anna is a very dedicated player that is dominant in the field and at the plate. She works daily to get better at her craft and will turn her hard work into success this season.
GROVE
Cheyenne Kunkel- SR.
Cheyenne is an all around force at the plate. She has everything a good batter needs to have. She has power, technique, and an eye for the ball. She will produce a lot of offensive fire power for Grove.
CLAREMORE
Jazmine Cookson- SR.
Jazmine is the backbone of the Claremore softball team. She is nearly unstoppable in the circle, and also led the team in homeruns last season. She has the skill and willpower to lead Claremore to a deep playoff run.
FAIRLAND
Ella Oswald- JR.
Ella has started for Fairland since her freshman season. She produces much needed energy and defense for her team and she will be a very important decider in how their season will go.
QUAPAW
MaKynzee “Jo” Lovell- SR,
MaKynzee is a hard worker and is Quapaw’s ace pitcher. She is the leader of her team, and will continue her dominance from the circle this season.
ADAIR
Jayden Helm- JR.
Jayden eliminates opposing base runners, and is a major part of Adair’s defense. Her mastery of the catcher’s position makes her very important to her team.
BARTLESVILLE
Allie Scullawl- SR.
Allie was Defensive Player of the Year for her district last season. She makes difficult plays look easy, and has put in countless hours of work to get even better. When she is on her game, she is the best player on the field.
COMMERCE
Daya Boman- SO.
Daya is a dynamic player that could easily start at a variety of positions. She is the combination of contact and power at the plate, and she stops anything in sight on defense.
