The beginning of fall sports means the start of softball season. Let’s take a look at some notable underclassmen who will make an impact on the softball field.

Durant

Mia Ibarra – Utility – SO.

Mia is a sophomore who we believe will have an impact on the 2023 season. She can play multiple positions. She has an excellent eye at the plate. It will be fun to watch Mia grow as a player this year.

Coalgate

Jocelynne Lambert – SS – SO.

After graduating six seniors last year, Jocelynne is having to play a more pivotal role this year. She is making a big move from second to shortstop. She will also be asked to get the offense going by hitting in the lead off spot.

Caddo

Jaycie Nichols – JR.

She is a big-time threat with her bat and her speed on the bases. Jaycie has been our lead-off hitter for two years.
